The Pope, Dangerous Conversations, & more!

The Kirk Cameron Show:

My new show, “The Kirk Cameron Show”, is now in full swing, and I'm having an absolute blast hosting it with my youngest son, James. The two of us are diving deep into culture and politics from a biblical perspective, with segments like "Dangerous Conversations" and our morning coffee devotionals. North Carolina Getaway:

On the personal side, my wife and I recently had a wonderful trip to North Carolina where we visited some dear friends. We enjoyed some fantastic horseback riding, a bit of fly fishing, and, most importantly, some quality time together.

Courage Under Fire:

I was honored to be invited to speak at the Courage Under Fire event with Matt Walsh and Michael Knowles from The Daily Wire, Harrison Butker (kicker for the Kansas City Chiefs ) and Father Mike Schmitz, benefitting classical, Christian, homeschool education. The evening started out with a laugh as Michael Knowles announced to 1,000 Catholic guests that I was the only evangelical in the speaker lineup and that "this is Kirk Cameron's Catholic intervention." The few Protestants protested and cheered me on! It was a night of humor, faith and courage! 

Egg Shortage?

And speaking of new adventures, remember the great egg shortage of last month? Well, that inspired me to take matters into my own hands! My dad and I recently built a small chicken coop in the backyard, and we now have nine adorable little chicks. Each one is a different breed and will lay a different color egg – my granddaughter is completely fascinated by our new chirping, furry friends!

Iggy & Mr. Kirk:

also wanted to share some exciting news for families with littles! My new children's television show, Iggy and Mr. Kirk, will begin streaming on the Angel Studios app alongside The Chosen, and on Pure Flix beginning June 2nd!

Children are naturally drawn to baby animals and puppets, and Iggy is both! Parents appreciate support in reinforcing good values in their children, as well as high-quality entertainment, and I am confident that this show delivers on both fronts!

Nature Therapy:

There’s nothing like nature therapy and spending quality time with family. This past weekend, my daughter, Bella, and I loaded up our kayaks and spent the afternoon floating down the river. This verse kept coming to mind as we took in the peaceful scenery and summer sounds: “He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters.He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.” ~Psalm 23:2-3

Memorial Day:

This Memorial Day, I went downtown with a friend in honor of my grandpa (Pop Pop) who served as a medic with the 4th Marine Division in WWII on Iwo Jima. These men and women deserve us to not only remember them, but memorialize what they did by carrying on their mission. “If we ever forget that we are One Nation Under God, then we will be a nation gone under.” ~Ronald Reagan
